Refund policy

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

• If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, no fee will apply.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services unless an issue is proven to be caused by negligence.
